Made by Milcobel group in Moorslede (West Flanders, Belgium)

A Belgian twist on traditional Gouda, this cheese is made using raw cow's milk and ripened for 1 year to develop its delicious taste and even texture. Very little salt is used in the creation of this product, which allows it to maintain a creamy texture and a mild, but complex flavor in spite of its long ripening time.
